I quit claimed our house to my husband and he passed away do I have any rights to the property if there wasn't a will?

If the property was conveyed solely into his name, it will now pass to your husband's heirs as part of his estate. If he did not have children, that would be you. If he did have children, you would be limited to half the estate. You should arrange a consultation. The scope of this space does not provide an adequate opportunity to assess the situation and advise you.

Mr. Repay may be correct. However, if he quitcleaimed to anyone else, you might be out of luck, depending on how the document was worded.
