quitclaim deed

i need to know if the qiutclaim deed the only deed i need to transfer names on a property. also what is the next step and usually how long does it take.

Re: quitclaim deed

a quitclaim deed is one means of transferring ownership of property. You may also need to file transfer declaraton forms.

Once everything is filed with the Recorder's office, you will receive a file stamped original of the quitclaim deed.
