Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Illinois

i want to raffle off my car

I am needing to sell my car ...I am considering hav a contest or raffle. People would pay a entry fee, then after a period of time or up to X number of entries... we would pick a winner. Are there any legal hoops I need to jump through before I do this? I am not sure what law specialty in need to get advice from so if you have any suggestions on that I would grealy appreciate it. Thanks for your time

I'm sorry, I have no idea about this. It's definitely personal property not real estate but I'm not sure what specialty either.
