I want to buy some land that is being auctioned off by the county, but there is a mobile home on the land that is not included in the sale. How would I go about getting that off of my property? I gues it is considered personal property. If I purchased the land could I just have it removed?

Soooo many questions. What are the terms of sale? What do you get in the way of a deed? Is the trailer occupied? These are but a few of the questions that come to mind that need to be answered before anyone could answer yours. Good Luck.
