I am in the middle of a real estate dispute regarding the selling of my home. After a year the case has been set for arbitration. Unfortunately during discovery I did think to ask for a copy of the then potential buyers credit report to help prove that he was not in a position to buy my home and had not tried to seek financing to do so. Can I obtain a copy of his credit report without his knowledge and if so would it be admissable during arbitration?
