Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Illinois
Real Estate
Is there a form to use for someone to put a bid on a home that is for Sale? If so, where might one find this form?

Re: Real Estate
You submit an offer in the form of a real estate contract. If you're in the Chicago area, the most widely used contract is the Multi-Board Residential Real Estate Contract 4.0. Copies are likely available online. The smart move would be to retain an attorney right now and he/she would help you put together a proper offer.
Re: Real Estate
Hi. There is a standard form to use if you wish. Our office would be glad to assist you. We also have real estate agents that would help you shop around as well. Contact us at the link in my contact or call us to discuss it. The seller pays the real estate broker/agent fees, so it is well worth your while to have an agent help you.
Thanks

Re: Real Estate
If the property is located in Illinois, you can contact an attorney who will assist you in tendering an offer to the Seller. One such form is the Multi-Board Residential Real Estate Contract 4.0 created by the Illinois Real Estate Lawyer's Association, a sample of which can be found at:
