Yes you can quit claim any interest you have in a property, even if you don't have any.
Probably the better questions is why do you want to quit claim an interest.

Yes. The term is Quitclaim Deed. The nature of the deed is that is says to the Grantee, I, the Grantor do not claim to have any particular interest in the real estate at all, but whatever interest I do have I convey to you.
