Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Illinois

Real estate question

I went into a undocumente real estate partnership with my current landlord on three properties. I was put only on the mortgage the properties were put into a trust to my landlord he has since let one get forclosed, another is very close to foreclosure and the last was sold. I was told that he put information on the document that was untrue but could cause me to get into trouble and I don't know what to do about the situation. I have a judgement against me with the city also from one of the properties and have a court date set for this month. Please contact me for more details of the situation.
