Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Illinois

real estate

I was told by mortgage broker that my loan was approved and after an extension was supposed to close on July 15th, 2007. I have not heard from her since and she will not respond to numerous messages. What can I do?

Re: real estate

One of the things you can do is find a new mortgage provider. I am a member of the Attorney Mortgage Alliance. We provide mortgage loans with no "junk" fees, no points, no application fee, and a credit check costs only $1.75. We are affilliated with Chase Bank, so we are not a fly-by-night organization. You pay nothing unless there is a closing. At the closing you will pay a legal fee for our service of saving you several thousand dollars. You will be advised of your status within 10 days after application. Also, there are no broker's commissions to pay (commonly called "yield spread premium" to confuse the buyer) so you get a lower interest rate. Please call for more information. There is no fee unless you close.
