Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Illinois

This is a real-estate legal question....An attorney representing a condo association has sued me behind my back, while I was in communication with their finance department, about my filing and discharging bankruptycy (chapter 7). Question is, does the attorney have the right to sue me?

Yes, Association dues post filing are not dischargable
