Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Illinois

We recently purchased a home.

It was bank owned. After the inspection one window needed repair and the bank agreed to replace the window.

Well they made a mistake and replaced the wrong window.

Now they are refusing to fix the damaged window.

What can we do?

If you have already closed, you might have a tough time getting this resolved, but a review of the closing documentation would be required to answer the question. Why are you not asking the attorney who represented in this purchase? And if someone told you that you do not need an attorney, maybe that person would like to pay for the new window. Just a thought.
