getting out of rental lease
our daughter signed a rental lease in march but was still in college she has never moved in and now she will not be moving in how do we get her out she also signed this lease with 2 other people

It depends on the terms of the lease agreement. She might be responsible for her portion of the lease until another tenant can be found. The fact that she did not move in does not generally affect her obligation under the lease agreement.
