rental properties

I rent out a building complete with equipment and after seven months now renter refuses to make rent and has not paid in full their security deposit. rent increased after 6 months and they have not increased that in payments either. Can I lock the doors since it is not a residence but a place of buisness generating revenue for them?

No, you cannot lock them out. Like I told you before, you have to initiate eviction proceedings.
