resident referral credit

Is there a max of how much money a resident can receive as a resident referral credit in a 12 month period? We are an apartment complex and heard there is a max of $1000, but we arent sure. We are located in Hoffman Estates, Illinois.

You are correct: it's $1,000 in ANY 12 month period, according to the licensing law.
