responsibility for maintenance of a fence separating two properties
The fence between my property and the property next door is falling down. Are both owners responsible for reparis? If not how is responsibility determined.

Maintenance of fence
I,m surprised that no one seems to know who owns the fence; an accurate survey might indicate upon whose land the fence is on. A half & half arrangement might be the way to go, everyone would be happy.
