Rules and Regulations

Does the Landlord have any right to enter your house you are renting, while you are not home and with out permission?

Does the Landlord have any right to get your dogs taken to the pound if they are not doing damage and or recieving complaints?

Can the Landlord leave your door to the house wide open in the middle of the day and let your animals out and then not shut the door when he leaves?

The Landlord also let our water get shut off and we paid the rent and the water bill is payed by the landlord out of our rent?

If you can prove all this you would have a law suit against the landlord for your damamges, and

one for constructive eviction, but since the sum to be recovered is low, I doubt if you would find an attorney to take the case on a contingency fee, and you would have to pay his hourly rate, good luck
