Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Illinois

I am on section 8 I have been there for 11 mos my landlord is selling his building I am on a year lease? Is that fair? thank you

Not sure what you mean by "fair." If you have a one year lease, and you have been there eleven months, you are entitled to one more month there, provided you comply with the terms of the lease.
