Selling House

I am selling my house. It was under contract with a realtor. The contract is over and I told her to remove the sign. Can I sell my house to someone that she did not show it to? Do I have to wait a certain length of time?

You need to read your listing contract to see if there were any limitations placed on you concerning sales after the lsiting agreement has expired. Chances are, if the buyer did not come to you due to the efforts of the realtor, including seeing the realtors signs or ads, you will have no obligation. However, as I stated earlier, look at the agreement. If you are not sure, you need to see an attorney and discuss the specifics of how this person has become a potential buyer.
