I set up a payment plan for my past due hoa. and I fell behind on payment and they didn't notify me at all
and I got a court date. I owe 1600 what can.they do. do I just tell judge I will have it.paid.by end of year or what?

They can evict you and lien the unit, and if things get bad enough foreclose on the lien (depends what else is going on in your situation). What else do you want to know?
