Take this to an attorney immediately. I could be a notice of an eviction case where the plaintiff only wants possession of the property, which does NOT require personal service but only "posting", especially in a post-foreclosure situation. It may additionally mean the foreclosure buyer wants to move in and if you don't move out in the required time the Sheriff will forcibly evict you. Since you have not identified the kind of notice I will assume the worst and that the order of possession was already issued and this is notice of when the Sheriff may return to forcibly evict you, so again, take this to an attorney to review. If you have no money you may first want to take it to the Sheriff's office and ask there, but I would NOT delay!!!!
