specific performance
i entered into a real estate contract where the buyer gave me complete enviromental indemnification and accepted the proporty as is. the done engineering studies and signed the contract, now they want me to do a clean up and pay for all remediation work. what do you think

I think that you didn't provide enough facts for any kind of opinion. You need to bring in your contract, and other related papers, and let an experienced real estate attorney with litigation experience review the same.
