Does the State of Illinois Condominium Property Act in any way stipulate if a condo board director is in litigation regarding any condo association related matter then they must remove themselves from any active board member duties?

I do not have the Condo Act memorized so you can check it at 765 ILCS 605/ online.
However, my gut feeling is that there is no such requirment as it would make manipulation of a condo board membership too easy-all you would have to do is file a suit and doing so would cause the removal of a member.
