Parking spots generally can not cause damage; they are inanimate objects if anything. It might be too small making parking difficult, or there may be things dripping into it....true. But in the end you have to look at your lease to find out what the landlord's parking obligations are and your parking rights are. If there's dripping, that's one thing. If it's too small, another. If you are disabled, however, and the landlord is subject to fair housing obligations and did not take your disability into account, you may have a case. But suing your landlord, think about it. Even though landlord's aren't supposed to retaliate against tenants who assert their rights.....at some point they can say "b-bye" legally.
