Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Illinois

We are tennants in a home that is in forclosure. The owners have not told us that the forclosure is in effect. We received a letter from the attourney for the bank letting us know about the forclosure. The final court date is July 13th 2012. They will file for judgement and a sale date on the home. At what point do we stop paying the owner rent?
