Would like to know the timeline that the buyer has to come back and request repairs ect. from a house inspection prior to the closing date??

It depends on the terms of your purchase agreement. Speak to your attorney about this, or hire one if you have not already done so.

I agree with Mr. Moens. Some contracts don't even require repairs but just allow the buyer to terminate for certain kinds of defects. If you are at all uncertain about how the 'inspection' provisions operate, it's time to get counsel!
