townhome associations responsibility
I live in a townhouse. I had water seep into the basement between the wall and floor.....never done it before (12 yrs) who is responsible for a foundation problem me or the association

You're going to have to look at your bylaws etc. for that answer

Chances are, you are, subject to whether the cause is something under the Association's control or bylaws that show the responsibility being the Association's.
