Tree damage liability

If a tree on my property has branches overhanging my neighbors house, am I liable for damage to his house if any of these branches break off and damage his house.

Yes. However, the neighbor has the right to trim those branches as long as he does not go onto your property to do so. If they are a danger, he would be partially at fault for not trimming.
