Trial by jury??
Can you please tell me if i legally have to have an attorney to have a trial by jury in an eviction case?

You have a right to represent your-
self. However, it is greatly advised
that you have an attorney. When you
represent yourself, the court will
hold you to the same standards as a
practicing attorney.

No; you have a perfect right to represent yourself (pro se). Of course, things might get complicated for a lay person.
