Truth in Lending Act

We have been paying on a 15,000. loan 5 yrs..Total of $14,400. paid to date.. When we inquired about our balance,(for 6 months now) we were FINALLY told in Feb.2007 that we still owe $15,000. and that we have a ''revolving loan'' .Which we were NOT told we were signing in Sept.2002!!!!
