Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Illinois

What type lawyer do I need?

We have 3 vacant lots we want to build on, we have owned them for 20 years. We just found out the city has a sewer main running through the middle of them and can't be built over. There is no record of easement, the city agrees but has mentioned prescriptive easement.I don't think that is the case since we just found out about the sewer. What type of lawyer should I consult? Thanks.

You should speak with a lawyer who is familiar with real estate litigation. It might also help if they have experience working with municipalities.
