unauthorized entry into condo
i live in a high rise in downtown chicago. I was notified by my property manager that there was a roach problem in my building. they said that they were going to come in and spray any units that they felt were unsanitary. and they were alos going to take pictures. i do not have any roaches.. do i have to allow them to take pictures?

Probably, but you must check your bylaws and condo decs. There are usually provisions allowing such action for such issues.

Look at your condo papers and see what powers and rights were reserved to the Property Manager.
