Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Illinois

My uncle signed approx 4 quit claim deeds from my grandparents to himself and has informed his children they have all legal rights to the property. My mother was his sister and she is deceased, does that not give me any rights to the property?

No it doesn't. If I understand the facts correctly, your cousins don't have any immediate rights in the property either, only your uncle. If your grandparents gave the property to your uncle then your uncle is the sole holder of the property. Any rights you had to inherit the property in the event of your grandparent's death as your mother's heir ended when your grandparents deeded the property to your uncle.

Please clarify. Are you stating that your Uncle signed your grnadparents' name to the deeds?

Your question does not make sense. How did your uncle sign deeds from your grandparents? Or did you uncle convey the property to his children? How did he get the property?
