Unpaid assessments as basis for eviction???

Unpaid assessments as basis for eviction???

We had--name removed--lawyer ''friend'' tell us in the fall of 2001,--name removed--revision came about that--name removed--HOA could not evict homwowners on the sole basis of unpaid assessments. Is this true? Where can I get--name removed--copy of such--name removed--revison so that our ''do-nothing'' association can stop hound ing us. Can we still be put out for not paying? Also, is if fair that 1/3 of our community has vacated the area, and no one pays their portions... What are our rights? Where can I go to get--name removed--copy? Please advise. (Thanks for this great service!)

You can go to your local courthouse to the law library to find copies of any court decisions.
