Vacating the sale/ confirmation

a relative was added to title a yr ago (notarized) but recorded the title 2 days prior to the sherriff sale and filed a bk 13 b4 the sale. Does that temporary stop the sale. If so what is the statue thatsupports that.

Section 341 of the bankruptcy code.

But, i'd be very careful. Banruptcy fraud is a crime.
