Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Illinois

I was watering my lawn yesterday. Unfortunately, the sprinkler I was using in my backyard to water the lawn damaged my neighbor's cell phone that was placed on the inside, some where near my neighbor's window. Am I liable for damage phone?

It is hard to picture how this occurred, but if your watering was entering into your neighbor's window, it would appear you are responsible for any damage caused by the water. It is fortunate there was not more damage.
