Wife died
My wife of 20 years died a year ago and I have live in her house 20 plus years it was in her name so now can her kids make me move

I disagree with Mr. Palmer if only her name was on the deed, it would then depend on whether she had a will and what was said in there. If she had no will, you get at leasst 1/3rd if I recall, possibly 1/2 of her property. which would include the house. The ycould kick you out after a partition lawsuit in which the house would be sold and you would get your share.

I am assuming that her kids are not your kids as well. Absent her having a will giving you rights, the answer is yes.
