Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Illinois
My wife passed away 9 months ago. my friend who works in real estate said to get her off the house title asap. i still owe a bunch on the home that we baught together. how would i do this and is it something that should be done?

If you purchased the property as joint tenants, nothing needs to be done at this time.
