Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Illinois

wills and probate

sir;

i live in the house that was my parents when they passed

away six years ago the will which we filed wih the court

stated that my two sisters and myself each own one third of

the house. we did not go through probate and now i what to

buy out my sisters will this cause any problems when i apply

for a loan.

Well, it would appear that now is the time to probate that will. The title search would probably show that your parent(s) are still in title. That needs to be corrected. In what county do you reside?
