For a written month to month lease in Illinois is a 5 or 30 day eviction notice required for nonpayment?

Nonpayment = 5 day statutory notice. The written lease may provide or require some other type. But there may be reasons to do a 30-day anyhow. See an attorney and talk through the whole situation.
