I don't know what you are asking for. If it is a case where your ex-spouse won't give you the deed that you are entitled to, you will have to file a proper pleading to force same. Good Luck.
If your ex refuses to execute the deed you are entitled to, or is not around (dead, disabled...) you have to go back to court with the order and get a judge to handle it, and for that you may want an attorney involved who can help make sure it happens properly. Frankly, if you are selling or refinancing, it would also help to have a title company involved, so they can confirm title in your name once the deed is recorded; that would cost a bit.
