Youth Buying or Owning Property

Hello. I am 17 years old and will not be 18 until next year. I was wondering is it legal and possible for someone my age to buy and own property, whether it is a trailer, a house, a condo, a car, anything of that sort?

Yes, it is legal. You might have a difficult time obtaining financing however.
