Legal Question in Securities Law in Illinois
class action lawsuit
''Each class member will be bound by all determinations, whether favorable or unfavorable, etc, etc''
Does this mean that i have to write them the letter they reguest to not participate or can i just throw it away? It seems to me that if i wanted to participate then i could request it not the other way around.
Thank you

If you are not interested, then you can throw it away. But if you write them a letter, they will probably stop bothering you.
