Re: investment
Is this company publicly traded? If so, as a practical matter your shares should be unrestricted allowing you to sell on the open market. If the company is not publicly traded you may be in a holding pattern. What kind of promises were made to you about recouping your investment. What documents do you have? Please feel free to call me to discuss this in more detail. ph. (214) 637-0713

A simple question but a very difficult answer. Much more complicated than this space provides. It depends on whether it was a public or a private transaction. While it doesn't depend on how much stock you have it would be interesting to know how much you have and what were the documents that were giving you at the time that you purchased the stock applicable to future monetary documentation. What is this a California stock or multiple state sales situation. Numerous numerous questions.I have been practicing law in the San Francisco Bay area for approximately 35 years and expert in the area in the category in which your question is placed. I feel I can help you in this matter and if you wish to consult with me please contact me at 925-945- 6000.
