Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Illinois
I am 16 and have a family friend who has repeatedly sexually abused, assaulted, and raped me. If I go to the police, how quickly will he be arrested? I don't want him to get me because he will know. Also how likely will it be that he is found guilty if I have no proof?
