Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Illinois

My 4 1/2 was molested

My 4 1/2 was molested by a 13 year old neighbor boy. He did admit to molesting her and he was arrested the state of Illinois did press charges. Now I would like to sue the parents for damages. I had to quit my job. My daughter received counseling and he said the best thing for her was to move and now we are living in my mom's house. Our house in Orland Park is vacant. Is there anyone that can help us!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You may have a claim if the parents knew that the boy had a prior disposition to commit these kinds of acts. We handle cases just like this.
