My 13 year old son has informed that his teacher or teachers assistant has sent him personal text messages to his phone, told him he was sexy and also sent pictures, I am not sure of how to handle this

Get all the facts from your son and preserve the records of the text and pictures by taking his phone. Then, notify the school and the police immediately. Let them handle it as appropriate.
