Harassment in the Work Place

I was wondering if it is considered harassment if at work i get told i am ugly and they watch porn and drink beer. also they wont let me go the bathroom the lock the womens room. They like to talk about obscene things such as hair removal, peircings, details about pornography, and adult toys. It is making me very uncomfortable because it is not only the manager but the owner to and i just dont know what to do. should i seek out a lawyer for help or is there nothing i can do about it?

From what you have told me it seems that your manager and owner have created a hostile work enviroment, which is illegal. There are several steps you can take to stop this conduct.
