Harrassment in Work Place

I need to know if I can pursue a sexual harrassment suit on someone in my work place. He has flashed me (his lower half) about 3-4 times. When I told him I was uncomfortable with that he replies with ''really...how come?'' There were many times he called me a prude due to the fact that I didn't want to discuss sex with him.
