Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Illinois

Would phone messages with vulgar language be considered Sexual Harassment?

I have received several phone calls from a supposed friend of mine. I say supposed because at this point I don't think I would even consider him that. To be my friend it is a lot more than it would be with others. Well back to my question. If I have received two phone calls in which I didn't answer the phone but they were immediately after the 1st one. Messages were left & here they are word for word. MESSAGE 1: ''What up bitch. Pick up your phone. Fucking face the music you fucking whore. Listen stop fucking hitting up Chris he doesn't give a shit about you either. Alright. Stop fucking up, stop fucking around.'' and then MESSAGE 2: ''Yo here is one more for you, you fucking slut!'' What am I to do here? I don't appreciate this type of behavior or language being left on my answering machine directed towards me! Please help me!

Contact your telephone company for procedures to track the caller and also your local police station - they can advise you as to the steps you need to take.
