Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Illinois
pornography at the work place
I have been working at this job for about 5 months now. Since I started there have been posters of women in bikinis and playboy magazines laying around on the boss's desk. I'm afraid to ask him to take them down because he has a very bad temper and even threw something at me when he was in a bad mood once. I have to do filling in his office, so I'm always forced to look at these posters. Is this concidered sexual harassment and what can i do?

Re: pornography at the work place
Yes, there is precedence that this constitutes a hostile work environment.
